Returns

Our pieces are produced on-demand. For hygiene reasons, most items are only returnable in case of a manufacturing defect.

• EU right of withdrawal: 14 days from delivery.
• Exclusions: worn items, tags removed, defects not reported within 14 days.
• Manufacturing defect: full refund, we cover shipping.
• Returns: customer pays return shipping unless defective.
